Currently a single-night festival, co-hosted by the City
of San Antonio, it has become a popular annual event
and is the only major celebration showcasing Indian

Similar to a chili cook-off, this event lets queso
connoisseurs sample and compete for the title of the
best queso in town! The event also features live music,
food trucks, vendors, a Kids Zone play area and lots of
melted, chile-laden cheese. Admission is $5 and includes
complimentary chips and the opportunity to taste
many versions of queso created by both amateurs and
professional chefs from local restaurants. Special “Big   ~San Antonio Cheese” tickets are available for $25 and include 2 Fiesta
